My name is Rev. Dr. Steven Mills. I’m a husband, father, pastor, longtime radio broadcaster and two-time cancer survivor from Garden City, Kansas. Today, I have end-stage renal disease and desperately need a kidney transplant.

Cancer treatment and a bone marrow transplant helped save my life, but the damage to my body ultimately contributed to kidney failure. I now depend on peritoneal dialysis every day to stay alive . It's incredibly difficult on my body and puts a constant strain on my heart. 

I am doing everything possible to remain as healthy as possible and am ready for a transplant.

A living donor could give me something dialysis cannot: the chance to watch my daughter grow up, continue serving my church and community, and simply LIVE.
