Hi, my name is Shonika Speight, and I am a mother of three teenagers.
I was diagnosed with Lupus at age 29, In 2020, a severe lupus flare attacked my kidneys and caused permanent damage.
By December 2025, I had progressed to Stage 5 Kidney Failure and now have only 7% kidney function.
