Hi! My name is Shelita Johnson❤. I am a wife, mom and grandmom. I have Stage 5 Chronic Kidney Disease. I am in need of a kidney transplant. I work full time and very active in all things family. A living organ donor can save my life and allow me to go back to feeling well and supporting my love ones. I recently loss (less than a month ago) loss my sister to kidney failure.
