Hello my name is Kazell B. Williams. My blood type is O positive. I have been diagnosed with Bergers disease (IgA nephropathy), it’s genetic. This diagnosis was a shock to me and my family. I am a teacher and coach and it has limited me in doing some of the things that I used to. I have always been the person who has helped my community and I can’t believe that I am the one now asking for help. As you can probably imagine, that is very hard for me. Having a kidney would give me a second chance at life and enable me to continue to do things I need to do for my family and my community.
