I am in stage 4 chronic kidney disease from a rare disease called IgA nephropathy, which is an autoimmune disease that attacks the kidneys. I was diagnosed with it in 2008.

I'm a father of two wonderful children and I'm doing what I can to stay healthy. To be honest, I am not used to asking for help with things, but I am in need. Please consider a donation.
