My name is Diane Morales; I am 37 years old. I am a proud wife, mother of 3, and someone in need of a kidney transplant/living donor. In 2024, I was diagnosed with a rare kidney autoimmune disease called IgA Nephropathy. IgA attacks the kidneys over time and leads to irreversable damge the would eventually require dialysis. With that, my family and I are seeking a kidney transplant and someone who is willing to donate life.

With this current condition, I have had to face the reality of how important your health is and how not to take it for granted. A kidney transplant would give me a second chance at life to see my amazing kids grow up, continue to grow old with my husband, and spend more time with my family.
